Machine Learning for Quantum Matter

International Workshop
24 - 28 February 2025

The frontiers in quantum matter and quantum technologies provide numerous connection points, where modern machine learning (ML) methods can become key for further advancements. This workshop covers recent achievements and promising directions for ML at the intersection of condensed matter physics, quantum optics, quantum information and computing.

We plan an on-site workshop. Talks and posters will exclusively be presented on-site.

Topics include

  • Control of quantum systems
  • Machine learning applied to quantum experiments
  • Analysis of quantum data
  • Machine learning techniques for quantum computing and quantum simulation
  • Variational algorithms
  • Deep learning for quantum systems
  • Neural quantum states
  • Machine learning with tensor networks
  • Non-equilibrium quantum dynamics
  • Exotic phases of matter
  • Monitored quantum dynamics
