We consider the problem of coherent quantum state transfer between two sites of a spin network. It is known that the perfect state transfer could achieved only for specific forms of the Hamiltonian interaction governing the network dynamics. Here we show that the addition of a Non-Hamiltonian, dissipative or dephasing, term can increase the fidelity of the coherent state transfer. Eventually, perfect state transfer can be reached in the highly noisy limit, governed by quantum Zeno dynamics.
