Using a theory of magnetization dynamics triggered by ultrafast optical excitation of III(Mn)V ferromagnetic semiconductors, we describe the effects of the strong hole spin relaxation and demonstrate light-induced magnetization relaxation and control during femtosecond timescales. description: Research interests: many-body effects, magnetic semiconductors, polaritons in microcavities
