Dynamics of coupled strongly-correlated one-dimensional atomic gases out of equlibrium

We analyze the dynamics of coupled chains of strongly-correlated atomic gases by means of exact diagonalization and matrix-product state techniques. In particular we study Josephson-like experiments as those investigated in recent experiments, and show how strong-correlations along the one-dimensional coupled systems significantly modify the transversal dynamics between them.
