Biological systems such as RNA and polynucleotide structures require the development of existing mathematical methods and the invention of new methods to analyse measurable qaulities. These methods are adaptions of matrix theory both random and non-random and graph theory. These methods can be developed to enable the accurate estimation of energy levels within biological systems and are very useful for future medical applications.
