Systems of micro-sized active particles in a fluid are governed by the viscosity of the solvent. With their large degree of complexity, simulations are widely used to understand the collective behaviour of these systems. Here we use a multi-particle collision simulation (SRD) to study the effect of hydrodynamic interactions on spatial and velocity correlations of the active agents.
