We present the results of our theoretical studies on electronic Mach-Zender interferometer recently constructed experimentally utilizing the chiral edge states by group from Weizmann Institute (Yang Ji, Yunchul Chung, D. Sprinzak, M. Heiblum, D. Mahalu & Hadas Shtrikman, Nature, vol. 422, p.415, (2003)). We will discuss experimentally observed "unexpected behavior" (I. Neder, M. Heiblum, Y. Levinson, D. Mahalu, and V. Umansky, Phys. Rev. Lett. 96, 016804 (2006)) of the interferometer in the nonlinear regime. |
